Steps: Part One
Follow the below steps to Create Online Day Templates:
- Go to Settings > Tee Sheets > Tee Sheets.
- Click on the Actions Drop-down button and select Edit.
- Click the “Online Year Setup” tab inside your tee sheet settings.
- In the Online Year Setup tab, you will be able to create "Day Templates" which allows you to change the Availability of Tee Times for customers on the Online Tee Sheet. For an example, you can change the available tee times for specific groups or close your course online for maintenance. This is the ideal way to plan your upcoming season and schedule days where the tee times change.
- Day templates can be applied to specific days with an assigned color in the Online Year Setup to make viewing the booking schedule simple.
- Select "+ Add Day Template".
- Add a "Day Template Name" and select a "Day Template Color". (This will not be visible to customers and will only be visible in the Online Year Setup and Online Year Setup Calendar)
- Set the parameters of your "Default" Timeframe for your Front 9 and Back 9. (The Default timeframe will only apply if there are no other custom timeframes throughout the day. Custom timeframes take precedence over the default timeframe):

- Increment Override - Controls the increment between tee times for the day template timeframe. (This will NOT modify the open or close time of the tee sheet)
- Label - Adds a label to each tee time slot on the tee sheet in foreUP.
- Color - Adds a highlight color to each tee time slot on the tee sheet in foreUP to make labels visible.
- Allow Online Booking - Turn on or off online booking capabilities.
- # of Players Allowed - Choose between allowing 1-5 players per tee time.
