Required Customer Data Fields for Online Profile Registration

Overview:

Customer data is essential for golf courses and their operation.  Contact information will allow for marketing efforts to drive tee time occupancy, increased revenue, membership sales, and more.   foreUP Online Booking will allow customers to register and create a profile for your course. Require specific fields to increase the amount of data captured for your customer database. 

Preconditions:

Preconditions are the necessary settings, permissions, and items created in your software to allow the feature to work.

• Online Booking turned on
• "Show Registration Options" turned on

Steps:

1. Go to settings
2. Select "Online Customer Portal" settings
   
3. Select "Registration" settings in the blue column
   
4. Check the customer data fields to display
   • Note: A field must be displayed in order for it to be required
   • Note: Email is a default field that will be displayed
     
5. Check the customer data fields to require
   • Note: Email is a default field that will be required
     
     
6. Click "Save Settings"
