Document Overview:
The Payments reporting tab is used in the reconciliation process to find details and status information regarding specific payments. This tab displays credit card transactions and their status in the payments process.
To access the Payments reporting tab, use the tabs at the top navigation of the foreUP Payments dashboard, then use the start date and end date fields to set the range.
Payments:
The header box for the chart displays the number of pending payments as well as funded payments.
- Pending: The number of Pending transactions in the Payments tab for the date range parameters
- Funded: The number of Funded transactions in the Payments tab for the date range parameters
The data chart displays a quick view of all payments for the specified date range. To adjust the date range, use the start date and end date fields in the top right. The column headers are defined as follows:
- Date/Time: The sales date/time within the foreUP sales report
- Sale ID: The foreUP Sale ID in the Sales report
- Invoice ID: ID used by foreUP employees; an internal foreUP transaction ID – contact support to request the Invoice Number
- Auth ID: Finix Authorization ID that can be used in the Finix Dashboard to find the authorization for a credit card transaction. Authorizations happen at the time of sale and will capture at the batch time.
- Transfer ID: Finix Transfer ID that can be used in the Finix Dashboard to find the transfer of money for a credit card transaction. Transfers happen when an authorization is captured during the batch time.
- Settlement ID: The Settlement ID that the transaction is placed in for the payout process. The Settlement ID can be searched in the Finix Dashboard. Settlements include transactions that were batched, captured, or refunded for a specific date
- Terminal: The foreUP terminal where the transaction took place
- Amount: The transaction total that can be found in the foreUP sales reports. This amount will match what is in the foreUP sales reports.
- Tips: The tip total of a transaction. This tip will match what is in the foreUP sales reports

Status: The state of the transaction in the payout process. The status will be marked as Pending or Funded. A tooltip will be available to show the last step of a transaction.
- The Pending status last steps include Auth Successful, Capture Successful, and Settlement Pending.
- The Funded Status last step only includes Settlement Funded.
To export the report as a CSV file, use the CSV Button located next to the date selector
