Deleting a Campaign

Overview:

This article will show you how to delete sent campaigns or cancel scheduled marketing campaigns.

Preconditions:

Preconditions are the necessary settings, permissions, and items created in your software to allow the feature to work.

• Access to the Marketing Module
• Must have previously sent/scheduled a marketing campaign.

Steps:

1. Go to the Marketing module. 
2. Click on “Sent Campaigns”.
3. Select the campaign you would like to delete, click the down arrow under “Actions” and choose "Delete".
4. Confirm the delete by clicking on "Yes, Delete"
5. You're scheduled campaign will be deleted.
