- Go to the Employees module.
- Click on "New Employee" in the top right-hand corner of the page.
- Fill out the required information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Username (must be at least 6 characters)
- Password (must be at least 8 characters)
- Job Title
- Under the "Roles" tab, select your new employee's permission level from the "Employee Role" drop-down. (There are 3 default permission levels and there could be more if you've set up custom permissions)
- Next, select the modules you would like the employee to have access to.
- Select "Save Changes" to update/save settings.
