How to Adjust Your Online Booking Visible Hours

Overview:

This article will show you how to change the hours your online booking portal is accessible. For example, if you do not want your customers accessing your online portal to be able to book available tee times between the hours of 11:00PM - 5:00AM, the online booking visible hours will assist with this.

Preconditions:

Preconditions are the necessary settings, permissions, and items created in your software to allow the feature to work.

• Access to the following modules:

  • Tee Sheet
  • Settings
• Must have Online Reservations Groups setup.

Steps:

Follow the below steps to change online booking visible hours: 

1. Go to Settings.

2. Go to Online Reservations > Reservation View Settings.

3. Select the Tee Sheet that you will be editing and click on the "Restrict Online Booking to Visible Hours" checkbox.

4. Once the correct tee sheet has been selected, Set the "Visible Hours" for each day of the week.

4. Click Save Settings located at the top of the page when you are finished.
