How to Receive Confirmation Emails for Online Bookings V2

Overview:

Receiving a confirmation email for online bookings can be helpful in many ways.  It will allow you to track the number of bookings that you receive online, identify the days that people are booking, as well as allow for comparison to the release of marketing campaigns or the use of daily specials.  

Preconditions:

Preconditions are the necessary settings, permissions, and items created in your software to allow the feature to work.

• Must be utilizing Online Booking

Steps:

1. Go to Settings

2. Go to Business Details

3. Enter an email address in the 'Reservation Email Address;.

4. Save Changes

Q: What if I want to stop receiving emails?

A: Simply clear out the email that has been entered and save the new blank space.
