Stripe Terminal
Has anyone encountered issues with the Stripe terminal, whether with or without the dock, failing to maintain its charge or unexpectedly turning off? Despite being consistently connected to an AC outlet via a USB adapter, my team has observed that the Stripe Terminal often powers off. Upon attempting to power it on, the battery level displays only 2%, accompanied by a lightning bolt indicating charging. Curiously, after conducting a few transactions, the terminal frequently shuts down autonomously.
I've taken various troubleshooting steps, including replacing the Stripe terminal itself, the battery, the charging cord, the dock, and the AC adapter. However, the problem persists without resolution. This issue is not isolated to just one terminal, but several Stripe terminals at all four of the courses we oversee and operate. I have been troubleshooting this for the past year and a half. If anyone has insights or potential solutions to this problem, I would greatly appreciate your input.
