Hello,

Wondering if anyone knows whether there is an audit log that I might be able to see that shows changes made to a customer account. Who might have made them and when they were made.

  Hello Kelli!

  Thank you for your post. We do have an audit log for customers. If you open up the Customers module, find the customer you wish to look at, and click on the action arrow on the far right, you will see in the dropdown the option, "Activity Log." This log will list all change(s) made to the customer's profile, the date the change(s) were made, as well as who was logged into the software.
