AutoPay not working
We are brand new with ForeUp and just completed our first billing for members. We have 84 customers with a card on file and AutoPay selected, but only 40 of those were charged last night. The other 44 weren't declined, it simply appears they were not charged. Can anyone offer insight? I have called and emailed Foreup multiple times and received no answers. I'm VERY unimpressed with their support to this point.
