Returning Inventory through Receivings

Overview:

This article will show you how to report a return of an inventory-receiving order. Once completed, the inventory count will automatically be adjusted.

Preconditions:

• Must have access to the "Receivings" module

Steps:

1. Go to the Receivings module. 
2. Click on the box that says "Receive" and change the drop-down selection to "Return" (found to the right of the search bar).
3. Enter the correct item and quantity and hit "Update Item". Then Finish the receivings.
