How to Change Receipt Printing Options

Overview

This article will follow the steps for editing receipt printing settings within a terminal.

Preconditions

Preconditions are the necessary settings, permissions, and items created in your software to allow the feature to work.

• Must have access to the Settings module
• Must have a foreUP receipt printer

Steps

Follow the below steps to edit the receipt printing settings within your terminal:

1. Go to the Settings module

2. Go to "Sales" then click "Printing and Terminals"

3. Using the actions drop down, select Edit on the terminal where the receipt printing settings will be changed

4. Within the terminal settings, edit the "Signature Slip Count", the "Credit Card Sales Receipt Print Count", or the "Non Credit Card Sales Receipt Print Count" to change the number of receipts that print after a transaction completes.
