Online Booking Tee Time Availability

Overview:

The online booking portal will display all available tee times from your tee sheet. This setting is intended to limit the window of time that customers see online. For example, my course is open from 6AM to 6PM, but I only want my customers to book tee times online that are between 12PM - 6PM. If a customer wants a tee time that is between the hours of 6AM - 11:59AM, they will need to call the Pro Shop.

Preconditions:

• You must have access to the tee sheet
• You must have Access to the settings module
• Online Booking must also be turned on

Steps:

1. Go to the "Settings" portal > "Online Reservations" tab (on the left) > "General".

2. Select your Tee Sheet from the "Choose Tee Sheet" drop-down.

3. Adjust the "Online Open Time" and "Online Close Time" as needed. Select "Save Settings" to update.

Q: Can I edit the times available at different parts of the day? For example, I want times to show between 7am-11am and also 5pm-7pm?
