Clear and concise messaging in your Online Customer Portal will make for a better customer experience. This article will go over how to access and edit your online reservation messages and how they appear.
Preconditions:
Preconditions are the necessary settings, permissions, and items created in your software to allow the feature to work.
- Access to the Settings Module
Steps:
Follow the below steps to update online reservations messages:
- Go to the settings module.
- Go to Online Customer Portal > Messages. This tab which will give you access to the different messages that can be shown in the online booking portal.

Reservation Email Photo:
- This image will show in the reservation email that is sent to the customers after booking a tee time.

Online Booking Welcome Message:
- This is the screen that customers will see when they first log into the booking portal. If you only have one reservation group you will need to make sure that you have the redirect to the booking screen if only one booking class.

Booking Rules:
- These rules will show on the screen where you select tee times.

No Show Policy:
- No show policy will only appear when a credit card is required but will not show if prepayment is selected by the customer.

Terms & Conditions:
- This message will only appear if the customer is prepaying for the tee time.

Reservation Email Message:
- This is the message that will be shown in the email that is sent to the customer after booking a tee time.
