Customer Checkout

When Use Customer Pricing is enabled, golfers will no longer be required to login prior to viewing tee times. This will look different between Old Online Booking and Customer Checkout:

In Customer Checkout, after the user selects a tee time they will be prompted to login. This is the same place login is required when Use Customer Pricing setting is not enabled. After login a message is displayed that says “Customer Pricing has been Applied”- explaining to the user why their pricing is not going to match what they saw on the previous screen.

If their pricing is the same as the reservation group default, the message will not display.

If “Hide Prices” online setting is enabled, the message will not display.

In Old Online Booking, after the user selects a tee time and enters in number of players, carts and holes and selects “Book Time” they will be prompted to login. If the pay at facility/pay online modal displays depending on their settings, they will see their updated pricing. If the modal does not display based on their settings, they will see their updated pricing on the confirmation page. No message will display.
