Fixed issue with text notifications when 2 way texting was being used, notifications were not displaying in foreUP to let staff know they had received a message.

Fixed issue where seasons that crossed from year to year (2023 – 2024), if the season ended during the month (3/15 for example) the incorrect season rates would be used the rest of the month. (Hot-fixed 3/26)
