POS - Tee time details (including the booking time, player name, and starting side/rotation) are now displayed directly on the green fee line item in POS during check-in, making it easier to verify the correct tee time was selected before completing the transaction. This can be very helpful for 27 hole facilities for providing more information. This enhancement came directly from client feedback portal.
- Tee Sheet - The tee sheet printout has been improved. Tournament, League, Event, and Shotgun bookings did not previously appear in the Tee Sheet Tile View print out. The name of the booking will now be displayed in the notes section of the corresponding tee time tile on the Tee Time Tile View print out.
Global Bug Fixes
- Tee Sheet - Fixed an issue where creating a reservation for 5 or more players would incorrectly trigger a double-booking warning, even when enough open slots were available to accommodate the group.
- Tee Sheet - Fixed an issue where operators adding players to open slots on a partially booked tee time would incorrectly trigger a double-booking warning.
- Tee Sheet - Fixed an issue where expired credit cards were incorrectly displayed as "Good" in the tee sheet reservation modal, giving operators a more accurate picture of a customer's card status before attempting a charge. The accurate status will now be displayed.
- Tee Sheet - Single player online booking now shows only joinable tee times. When a booking group is configured for single players with "Limit Singles to Existing Groups" enabled, the online booking portal will now correctly display only tee times that already have players and still have an open spot.
- Tee Sheet - Fixed an issue where a tee time could be booked for a time that didn't exist on the tee sheet, resulting in the reservation being silently reassigned to a different time. Online tee times will match the user's selection.
- Inventory - Fixed an issue where duplicate options were appearing in the Department, Category, and Subcategory dropdowns when creating a new inventory item. This should reduce alot of uncertainty when adding/editing inventory items.
- Inventory - Fixed an issue where past inventory audits were not being displayed in the inventory module, which also prevented new audits from being saved. This removes confusion in inventory management.
- Food & Beverage - Fixed an issue where adding an item to an F&B tab before adding a customer with a group discount would cause the discounted total to not reflect in the UI, resulting in an overpayment and requiring a second transaction to close the tab. Tabs will now close appropriately. Discounts applied will be the same throughout the software preventing overpayment.
- Food & Beverage - Split F&B tabs now refund the correct amount. When a food & beverage tab was split an odd number of ways and later deleted, the refund total could come back slightly different than the original charge due to a rounding mismatch. Refunds now mirror the exact amount from the original sale.
- Sales - Fixed an issue where adding a tip to a transaction in Recent Transactions would collapse the list back to the 25 most recent sales, requiring a full browser refresh to load older transactions again. This should make using the recent transactions area for adding tips/processing refunds much easier.
