Courses now have access to the Use Prepaid Reservation Accounting setting. This option can be found within the Settings module under the Accounting tab. This was a setting that previously required courses to contact foreUP in order to turn on but now courses have the power!
Don’t Refund Booking Fees For Prepaid Reservations
The next enhancement can be switched on and off within the same area. This setting is for courses who are set up to take online pre-payments and booking fees. What this does is when a customer who prepaid cancels a booking, they will only be refunded the amount paid for the tee time, but NOT the booking fee. It will be important to make sure your Booking Fee Terms are accurate and up to date. Updating the messaging must be done to a specific reservation group.
