New Checkout Flow with Customer Checkout
Bag functionality has been added for tee times. Once a golfer selects pay online, they’ll have several options for navigation. They can view the bag or go straight to checkout. If they select “View Bag” they’ll be taken to their bag page where they can see all items added including a breakdown of green and cart fees for each player. Once ready to checkout, golfers can select “continue to payment”. If they do not have a card saved to their profile, they will need to click add new card to continue to purchase. The final step is a purchase review where golfers can review the date, time, number of players, holes, and payment method before confirming their time.
Business Logo Displayed during Checkout Process:
A logo will be displayed when adding items to their “bag”. Courses can add their own tee sheet logo at any time. This can easily be done within the settings module. In settings, select Tee Sheets and then click on the tee sheet to update. Within the basic settings tab for the tee sheet simply select the blue folder icon under tee sheet logo to add from your computer.

Text Marketing Updates
These updates were made to ensure our text marketing features are in compliance with the new 10DLC legislation.Businesses must be verified in compliance with telecommunication regulations. The application for verification can be found within the settings module under business details and then business verification. The important thing to note here is that under Business Name, the exact legal business name of the course must be entered, or the verification will not work. Verification will take a few days to return.
Updated Text Marketing Process
The creation process of a text marketing campaign will largely remain the same however there are a few key differences. Once a text campaign has been scheduled, it will take around 3-6 days to be approved, so it’s important to schedule a campaign at least 6 days out to ensure it’s approved in time. Due to that timing of messaging approval, an approval status column has been added to the marketing module which will show the current status of any text-marketing campaign.
