Enhancements
Customer Checkout
- Player name entry - A new player name entry has been built in to the reservations detail page for customer checkout. While a customer is checking out, After selecting the number of players, a number of search bars will appear within the player info section. Clicking into one of the search bars and typing a fellow customers name will cause that customer to pop-up allowing for selection.
Marketing
- Opt in number for text marketing - Once a course is verified, they will get a number that can be shared to customers so that they can opt-in to communication. For example, courses can send an email or post a sign in the clubhouse that says something like “text golf to this number to opt in”. There will be a separate number for marketing as well as customer care to opt into direct messaging.
- Customer opt in status - an indicator within a customers profile under communication that will display the opt-in status of a customer.
Tee Sheet
- Screen size adjustment - This should improve the customer experience as we will now check the screen size and adjust the tee sheet appropriately depending on the size of the device.
Payments
- Added default batch time for new Payments customers - a default batch time was added for new payments customers. It will default to 2AM.
- Built in MCO billing capability - This update allow payments customers to bill at any of their courses regardless of where the golfers token/card on file was created.
- Improved decline error messaging - an improved decline error message for credit card transactions. Instead of a generic error or fail message, the reasoning behind the issue will also be displayed.
Bug Fixes
Customer Checkout
- Fixed issue when logging out of the Customer Portal from “My Account” that caused the application to become unresponsive the next time the user logged in
- Fixed issue that allowed a user to bypass login on the Reservation Details Page in CCO, resulting in the user being unable to book a tee time
- Fixed issue with the Reservation Details Page where the no show policy was doubled up
- Fixed issue where Employee settings were not saving.
- Fixed issue that prevented customers from being bulk-deleted

Invoice deletion in Billing module invoice tab corrected with right behavior. Invoice would delete back to the original billing date vs date of deletion in the sales report
