How to Edit Register Logs

Overview:

There can be occasional errors by staff when counting down the drawer at the end of their shift.  Here we will show how to correct the error to balance the reports.

Preconditions:

Preconditions are the necessary settings, permissions, and items created in your software to allow the feature to work.

• Access to the Reports module

• Admin and Manager access to edit reports

Steps:

1. Go to Reports.

2. Go to Register Logs.

3. Select the desired date range and click 'Run'.

4. Select the 'Edit' button on the register log you wish to edit.

5. Edit information as desired, then click 'Save'.
