Overview
The Tee Times Sold by Price Class report in foreUP shows how your tee time pricing performs by breaking down rounds sold and revenue by price class. This report helps you evaluate demand, revenue mix, and booking trends so you can make informed pricing and scheduling decisions.
Preconditions
Before using the Tee Times Sold by Price Class report, confirm the following:
- You have access to the Reports module in foreUP.
- Your user role includes permission to view New Reporting.
- Tee time price classes are created and actively used.
- Historical booking data exists for the date range you plan to review.
⚙️ Note: This report is driven entirely by price classes. Clean, well-structured price classes are critical for accurate insights.
Steps
Access the Tee Times Sold by Price Class Report
- Open the Module dropdown.
- Select Reports.
- At the top of the screen, click New Reporting.
- In the left-hand menu, select Tee Times Sold.
- Choose Tee Time Sales by Price Class.
Set the Date Range
- Select a date range by doing one of the following:
- Enter start and end dates manually, or
- Choose a dynamic range (for example, Last week or Last month).
- Click Apply.
The report will refresh based on the selected time frame.
Review Report Columns
By default the report displays three primary columns:
- Price Class
Shows the name of each price class. Data accuracy depends on consistent and descriptive price class naming. - Total Value
Displays the total revenue earned for each price class within the selected date range. - Rounds
Shows the number of rounds booked for each price class, helping you compare booking volume versus revenue.
💡 Tip: You can click and drag columns to reorder them if needed.
⚙️ Note: It is important to remember this report will show both green fees sold through checking in tee times on the tee sheet as well as any green fee items within sold.
Use Comparison Mode
Comparison Mode allows you to compare current results against a previous period.
- Open the Comparison dropdown.
- Select one of the following options:
- Last week
- Last month
- Last year
When enabled:
- The current period and comparison period appear side by side.
- Differences help highlight growth, decline, or seasonal patterns.
Best Practices
- Use clear, specific price class names.
- Avoid overly broad, outdated, or duplicate price classes.
- Review price classes regularly to ensure they reflect your current pricing strategy.
- Use comparison mode to evaluate the impact of pricing changes over time.
