Review the default report columns
When the Tee Times Booked report is run, the default visible columns include booking-level details. These columns help identify when the booking occurred, where it was booked, who it was booked for, and the booking’s current status.
| Column | What It Shows | How to Use It |
|---|---|---|
| Type | The type of booking record. | For calendar reservations, this may still use tee-time-related terminology because calendar reporting uses the tee times reporting structure. |
| TTID | The booking’s unique tee time or reservation identifier. | Use this value when researching a specific booking record or troubleshooting a reservation issue. |
| Start | The reservation start date and time. | Use this to confirm when the reserved time block begins. |
| Price Class | The price class assigned to the booking. | Use this to verify whether the correct pricing category was used. Examples may include Public, Member, Simulator Peak, Simulator Off-Peak, or Lesson Rate. |
| End | The reservation end date and time. | For Calendar Reservations, compare Start and End to confirm the reservation duration. |
| Title | The reservation title or customer name associated with the booking. | Use this to identify the guest, group, lesson, or reservation name. |
| Details | Additional booking details when available. | This field may be blank depending on whether or not details were entered. |
| Status | The booking status. | Use this to confirm whether a reservation has been checked in or whether another status applies. |
| Booking Source | Where the booking originated. | Use this to determine whether the reservation was created by staff or through another booking method. API may indicate an online or integrated booking workflow, depending on account setup. |
| Player Count | The number of participants associated with the booking. | For calendar reservations, this may represent the number of participants added to the reservation. It does not always mean pricing is based on participant count. |
| Paid Player Count | The number of paid participants associated with the booking. | For Calendar Reservations, pricing may be based on the reserved time block rather than per-player pricing, depending on account setup. |
| Tee Sheet | The tee sheet or calendar associated with the booking. | For calendar reservations, this column identifies which calendar was booked. |
| Course | The course or account identifier associated with the booking. | Use this to confirm the booking is associated with the correct course or account. |

Best Practices
Filter to calendars before reviewing results
If the facility uses both tee sheets and calendars, always confirm the Tee Sheet filter before reviewing the report.
If tee sheets and calendars are both selected, the report may show a mix of golf tee times and calendar reservations.
Use calendar-specific names
Clear calendar names make the report easier to use.
Recommended names:
- SIM Bay 1
- SIM Bay 2
- Pickleball Court 1
- Lesson Calendar
- Pool Lane 1
Review start and end times together
For calendar reservations, always review both Start and End.
Unlike traditional tee times, calendar reservations are based on a block of time. The End column helps confirm the reservation duration.
Use Status to confirm check-in activity
The Status column helps identify whether the reservation was checked in.
If a customer says they arrived or paid but the booking does not show the expected status, use this report as part of the investigation.
FAQs
Why is the report called Tee Times Booked if I am reporting on calendars?
Calendar reservations use the tee times reporting structure in New Reporting. When Time-Based Reservations are enabled, calendars can be selected from the Tee Sheet filter.
Which filter do I use to select calendars?
Use the Tee Sheet filter.
Calendars appear in this filter alongside tee sheets.
Can I report on one calendar at a time?
Yes. Select one calendar in the Tee Sheet filter.
Can I report on multiple calendars at once?
Yes. Select multiple calendars in the Tee Sheet filter.
Example:
- SIM Bay 1
- SIM Bay 2
- SIM Bay 3
- SIM Bay 4
This is useful for reviewing all simulator bookings together.
Why do some rows still show tee-time terminology?
Calendar reporting uses tee time reporting infrastructure. Some labels, such as Tee Sheet, TTID, or Player Count, may still appear even when you are reviewing calendar reservations.
Can I export the report?
Yes. After applying the correct date range, filters, and visible columns, click Export and select the desired export format.
Troubleshooting Tips
The report is showing golf tee times instead of calendar reservations
Check the Tee Sheet filter.
Remove tee sheets and select only the desired calendars.
The report is missing expected reservations
Check the following:
- The selected date range includes the reservation date.
- The correct calendar is selected in the Tee Sheet filter.
- The reservation was not created under a different calendar.
- The reservation was not canceled or modified.
- The correct booking source and status are being reviewed.
The player count does not match the price
For Calendar Reservations, pricing may be based on the reserved time block rather than the number of participants, depending on account setup.
The Player Count and Paid Player Count columns may not behave the same way they do for golf tee time reporting.
The report results did not change after updating filters
Click Hard Refresh.
Also confirm that the date range and Tee Sheet filter are both correct.
