Customer Checkout - Design Updates

Overview

Clients using foreUP Payments will have access to the Customer Checkout and the following design updates. When Customer Checkout is turned on, these updates will happen automatically. 

 

Preconditions

• foreUP Payments, Worldpay, TriPOS
• Customer Checkout Enabled
• If you do not have access to Customer Checkout and are using foreup payments, worldpay, or TriPOS please reach out to foreUP Support

 

Steps

Add Logo to Tee Sheet.

A Tee Sheet Logo can be added for a splash of branding. If no screenshot is attached, the first letter of the first two words of the tee sheet name will display as a placeholder. If the tee sheet’s name is only one word, only the first letter will display. The logo’s background color will be the tee sheet color.

 

To add a Tee Sheet logo:

1. Use the Home dropdown and select Settings.
2. Within the left hand column, click tee sheets and then select the tee sheet to add the logo for. This will slide out the tee sheet specific settings.
3. Remain on the Basic Settings tab for the tee sheet, scroll down and click the blue folder icon which will allow an image upload. Choose an image from your computer. Once uploaded, select Save Changes bottom right. While there are no sizing restrictions on images, they must be jpg, jpeg, or png format.

Updated Reservation Details

There are also Updated designs for Reservation Details page. This is where golfers select the number of holes, number of players and cart options. Golfers will be able to add their playing partners to the reservation on this page if "Player Name Entry" setting is enabled".

The new piece here is the “Order Summary” which shows the breakdown of pricing.

Golf courses will not need to make any changes outside of having Customer Checkout enabled for the Reservation Details page.
