Tee Sheet Enhancements
New Calendar Navigation
Calendar Navigation has been updated on mobile devices. Selecting the date on the top of the tee sheet will display a calendar modal which can be used to navigate to a different day.
Updated “Today” Button
The position of the “Today” button has been moved when viewing the tee sheet on a mobile device and when selected will load the current day’s tee sheet. It’s more centralized location provides easier access instead of having to scroll to the right to find it.
Added new “paid” status
A new status has been added to the tee sheet to show if someone has already paid. This will help courses who are taking advantage of our pre-paid features. A golfer will show as paid with a green color and the dollar sign icon. They then can be checked in when they arrive at the course and the booking will gain the check mark icon and turn blue.
No Show” Icon
Another new icon has been added to display the “no show” status. When a customer is marked as No Show, the booking will have an X icon and it will turn red.
Added round length icon
The length of the round will now display on the left-hand side of a booking. This simply provides more information about bookings at a quick glance.
Payments Enhancements
foreUP Payments in Billing Premier
foreUP Payments has been released in Billing Premier. This includes a number of features including Autopay for recurring billing, Online payments in the foreUP member portal, Single statement payment with a payment method on file, the ability to bulk pay with payment methods on file, and
Invoice payments as well.
Link 2500 Release
Link 2500 devices can now be used with foreUP Payments. The setup for these devices are fairly simple and uses a process similar to the Lane 3000. The Link 2500 also connects to wifi networks, hotspots, as well as iPad hotspots.
Card on File payments in POS
foreUP Payments now supports POS payments with a customer card on file. Within the Sales Module, first add a customer to the POS cart, click Pay Now, and then select the card on file at the top of the Pay Now modal.
