foreUP has pushed a second software update for March 2022. The notes and screenshots below will provide details on the updates.
Online Booking
New online credential process
The online credential email sent to customers has been updated with a new look and process. The email does now show the username and password. It will prompt the customer to update their password. The new process will make it easier for customers to update their passwords without having to log in with the randomly generated password. After resetting the password, the customer will be redirected to their online profile.
Max discount for green fees and cart fees
A setting has been added to set a max discount for green fees and cart fees.
Marketing
Account number tag in marketing emails
Marketing emails have an account number tag that can be included to bring in customer account numbers. Add the following tag to an email to pull over the account number: {{customer.account_number}}
