The purpose of this article is to walk through how to edit information within a customer profile.
Preconditions:
Preconditions are the necessary settings, permissions, and items created in your software to allow the feature to work.

Access to the Customers Module
Steps:
Follow the below steps to edit a customer:
- Go to the Customers module.
- Click anywhere in the customer's row or click on the down arrow under actions and then "Edit" (found to the right of every customer).
- Make needed changes, then click "Save".
