Overview:
Editing a customer's online credentials is an easy way to change their username and password. They can do it online themselves, but if they need help we have the ability to do so through the software.
Preconditions:
Preconditions are the necessary settings, permissions, and items created in your software to allow the feature to work.

Access to the Customers Module

Employee Permission to edit a customer profile
Steps:
Follow the below steps to edit online credentials:
1. In the 'Customers' portal, search for the customer you would like to edit.
2. Select the arrow under 'Actions', and click where it says 'Edit'.
3. On the main screen, choose "Login Cred." from the left-hand side. This will bring you to where you can edit the login credentials.
4. Make sure to save your changes!
**If resetting the username, we suggest using the customer's email address.
A customer may change their Username and Password anytime by logging into 'My Account' in online booking and selecting 'Account Information'.
