Exporting Customer Group Lists

Overview:

If you ever need to export a specific list of customers based on customer groups, you can run an advanced search, select your specific customer groups, and export the list as normal.

Preconditions:

Preconditions are the necessary settings, permissions, and items created in your software to allow the feature to work.

• Access to the Customers Module

Steps:

Follow the below steps to export customer group lists:

1. Go to the Customers module. 

2. Click into the Customer Page settings icon and select the Advanced Search Option.

3. Set the filter fields to 'Customer Group' proceed to type or select the groups that you want to be filtered.

4. The group will export into an excel spreadsheet.
