Overview:
This article will provide step-by-step instructions on how to change the password for an existing employee. We recommend all new foreUP clients to login and change their password when provided their Admin credentials for the first time during implementation.
Preconditions:
Preconditions are the necessary settings, permissions, and items created in your software to allow the feature to work.
Access to the following module:
- Employees
- Must have Manager or Admin permission privileges
Steps:
Follow the below steps to update your foreUP login password:
- Once logged into foreUP, click on the top-left dropdown and select "Employees"
- Find the employee profile you would like to update the password and click on the far right dropdown arrow and select "Edit"
- Scroll down to the Login Credentials box where you will be able to type in a New Password and Confirm the Password (Please note that the password must be at least 8 characters)
- Once you have typed in a new password, click the blue "Save Changes" button in the bottom right.
