Reserving a Tee Time

Overview:

Reserving a tee time will allow the tee sheet to track who is on the tee time, the number of golfers, how many holes will be paid, and the price of the tee time. 

Preconditions:

Preconditions are the necessary settings, permissions, and items created in your software to allow the feature to work.

• Access to the New Tee Sheet
• Tee Sheet settings in place
  • Tee Time Increment
  • Time to Finish 9 Holes
  • Open and Close Time

Steps:

1. Go to the Tee Sheet.
   
2. Click on the desired tee time to create a reservation.
3. Choose the number of golfers in the tee time by selecting the button or filling in the text box.
   
4. Choose the number of golfers who will be paying for a cart. 
   1. Note: It is recommended to choose the same number of golfers. If anyone is walking, you will remove the cart from the cart at the Sales screen.
      
5. Add cart numbers if needed.
   
6. Select the number of holes.
   
7. Add a golfer or multiple golfers to the tee time.
   
   1. Select the "list all" box to add more than one golfer
   2. Select the "split" box to split the tee time into separate tee times on the same time slot. Note: You cannot undo a split. 
   3. "Select the "Send Confirmation Emails" to send a confirmation email to the golfers.
   4. Search for a golfer in your database by typing in their name. Customers will populate in the search field.
   5. For new customers, adding a phone number or email will automatically save the customer to your customer database.
      
8. Complete the reservation by doing one of the following:
   1. Click "Reserve" to book the tee time on the tee sheet. This will be the option you want to select if you are not paying for the tee time.
   2. Click one of the check-in options on the bottom right to choose how many tee times should be brought to the Sales screen. This will be the option you want to select if the tee time will be paid for immediately with the reservation.
