Adding Multiple People to a Tee Time

Overview:

The foreUP tee sheet gives the ability to list all golfers on a tee time. This provides the ability to capture all customer information (name, email, phone number, etc). Taking advantage of this feature will allow for greater marketing efforts and a smoother check-in process.

Preconditions:

Preconditions are the necessary settings, permissions, and items created in your software to allow the feature to work.

Public Booking Group

• Tee Sheet settings in place
  • Tee Time Increment
  • Time to Finish 9 Holes
  • Open and Close Time
• Tee Sheet pricing completed

Steps:

1. Go to the Tee Sheet
   
   
2. Select a time to create a tee time reservation or edit an existing tee time
3. Within the Tee Time Details box, click on the “List All” box located on the left side
   
   
4. Fill in information for remaining players: Name, email (optional), cell phone number (optional), zip code (optional)
   
   
5. Click “Reserve” and the Tee Sheet will appear with all customer names
