Automatically Saving a Customer from the Tee Sheet

Overview:

Adding new customers to the customer database can be time-consuming when working in a busy pro shop. The foreUP Tee Sheet simplifies this process to prevent any delays in this process.  Create a customer in the foreUP database directly from a reservation by adding an email or cell phone number to the tee time reservation. 

Preconditions:

Preconditions are the necessary settings, permissions, and items created in your software to allow the feature to work.

• Tee Sheet settings in place
  • Tee Time Increment
  • Time to Finish 9 Holes
  • Open and Close Time
• Tee Sheet pricing completed

Steps:

Follow the below steps to automatically save a customer from the tee sheet: 

1. Click on the Top-left Module Dropdown Menu and click on the "Tee Sheet" module.
   
2. In the tee time reservation modal, enter the player's "First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number or Email". (Adding a phone number or email in addition to a players name will automatically save a customer to the customer database)

Q: How can I collect more information for a customer when adding a customer from the tee sheet?

A: Clicking on the Pencil icon next to the email field will open the full customer information page so that you can gather more information for your customers.
