Mobile Starter Sheet

Overview:

foreUP Offers a mobile starter sheet that you can access on a mobile device. With a simple interface, it is perfect when you are providing an excellent experience to your customers as they begin their round of golf.

Preconditions:

Preconditions are the necessary settings, permissions, and items created in your software to allow the feature to work.

• Tee Sheet settings in place
  • Tee Time Increment
  • Time to Finish 9 Holes
  • Open and Close Time
• Tee Sheet pricing completed
• Access to the foreUP App downloaded from the Apple App Store.

Steps:

Follow the below steps to access the mobile starter sheet: 

1. Login to foreUP using the foreUP App downloaded from the Apple App Store.
2. Click on the Top-left Module Dropdown Menu and click on the "Tee Sheet" module.
3. Click on the Starter Sheet in the left side column

• The Mobile Starter Sheet will allow your starters to track who has check in and paid, cart numbers, pace of play and communicate with players.
  • • Green Dots on the tee time represent players who have paid.
    • Yellow Dots indicate a player has not yet paid.
    • If you click on the Tee Time, you will be able to see which specific players that have or have not paid and any notes left on the tee time reservation.
