Moving a Tee Time

Overview:

The foreUP Tee Sheet makes it simple to move tee times same day with Drag and Drop, or to a different date and time quickly and efficiently.

• Part One: Moving a Tee Time Same Day
• Part Two: Moving a Tee Time to a Different Day

Preconditions:

Preconditions are the necessary settings, permissions, and items created in your software to allow the feature to work.

• Access to the New Tee Sheet
• 9 or 18 hole Tee Sheet created
• Tee Sheet settings in place
  • Tee Time Increment
  • Time to Finish 9 Holes
  • Open and Close Time

Steps: Part One

Follow the below steps to move a tee time same day: 

1. Click on the Top-left Module Dropdown Menu and click on the "Tee Sheet" module.
   
   
   
2. Click and hold a tee time and drag it to the desired tee time on the front or back 9.
   
   
3. Drop the tee time by letting go of the mouse button and your change will be saved

Steps: Part Two

Follow the below steps to move a tee time to a different day: 

1. Go to the Tee Sheet
   
2. Right-click the Tee Time that needs to be changed to a different day and time
3. Click on "Change Day/Time"
   
4. Select the Settings of the new day and time for the tee time
   • Choose a Tee Sheet if the tee time needs to move to a new tee sheet
   • Choose the Side of the tee sheet
   • Select a Date
   • Select a Time
   • Note: Dates and Times will only populate as they are available
     
5. Click "Save" to move the tee time
