Overview:
Tracking who has check-in for their tee time can be difficult on busy days. The foreUP Tee Sheet can split tee time groups into individual tee times to help simplify the check-in process.
Preconditions:
Preconditions are the necessary settings, permissions, and items created in your software to allow the feature to work.
- Access to the New Tee Sheet
- 18 hole Tee Sheet created
- Tee Sheet settings in place
- Tee Time Increment
- Time to Finish 9 Holes
- Open and Close Time
Steps:
Follow the below steps to split a tee time into single tee times:
- Click on the Top-left Module Dropdown Menu and click on the "Tee Sheet" module.
- Click on the Tee Time to be split.
- Check "Split" under the listed golfers.
- Click "Reserve" on the tee time reservation modal to successfully split the tee time group into individuals.
FAQ:
Q: Once a tee time is "Split" can it be recombined?
A: No, once a tee time has been split it can not be recombined back into one reservation.
Q: If a group takes takes more than one tee time (5 players and above) can I split that reservation by time?
A: Yes! When a reservation is made up of 5 or more players, the system will accommodate by booking back to back tee times in one reservation to accommodate the needed time. You can split the reservation by time by Right-clicking on the Reservation and selecting "Split by Time". The reservation will then be separated from one reservation into multiple reservation tiles so you can gather additional player names. (see below)
