Setting up a Recurring/Repeating Event on the Tee Sheet

Overview:

Tee Times, Leagues, Tournaments, Events, Blocks and Shotgun reservations can occur on a recurring set schedule. The foreUP Tee Sheet has the capability to repeat these events to save you time and make tee time management more efficient. 

Preconditions:

Preconditions are the necessary settings, permissions, and items created in your software to allow the feature to work.

• Access to the New Tee Sheet
• 18 hole Tee Sheet created
• Tee Sheet settings in place
  • Tee Time Increment
  • Time to Finish 9 Holes
  • Open and Close Time

Steps:

Follow the below steps to repeat reservations on the tee sheet: 

1. Click on the Top-left Module Dropdown Menu and click on the "Tee Sheet" module.
   
2. Create or select and right-click a reservation
3. Select "Repeat Event" in the menu
   
4. Select the Schedule of the repeated event
   • Schedule: Select between daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly
   • Every schedule will have its own settings
   • Set an Effective on and an Effective until date specifying how long the schedule will repeat for.
     
5. Click "Save"
