Verification
- NOTE: This must be done prior to using text marketing.
- In order for courses to create and send text-based marketing campaigns, they must first be verified in compliance with telecommunication regulations.
- Application for verification can be found within Settings > Business Details > Business Verification.
- Simply fill out the information on the form and select Verify Account.
- Once verified, the button will change to indicate that the business has already been verified.

Marketing
- Text Campaigns can be sent within the Marketing Module.
- While viewing the Marketing Module, select New Text Campaign.
- First, type in the Campaign Name.
- Next, click on the green field on the phone image and type the campaign message. Then click Recipients.
- Note: If the business has not yet been verified, an error will display and recipients cannot be added.

Recipients can be added individually or added as a part of a group.
- Individuals: Click into the Search Customers field and type the recipient's name to add.
- Group: Use the dropdown to choose the desired group and then click + Add Selected Group.
- Next Select Campaign Details to schedule.
- A text can be scheduled for later or based on the date of an event.
- Once the time has been selected, click Submit.
Customer Care
- Customer Care allows courses to send texts directly to a golfer. (Business verification is still required)
- This can be accessed within the Customers Module. While viewing the Customers module, select a customer's name to view their information.
- Next, select the Communication tab.
- Within the Text Messenger field, simply type the desired message and then click Send.
