Using the Reorder Button in F&B

Overview:

When working in the Food & Beverage module, you can quickly Reorder items to be sent to the kitchen to be made again. This article will walk through the steps.

Preconditions:

Preconditions are the necessary settings, permissions, and items created in your software to allow the feature to work.

• Access to the F&B Module.
  • An open tab with food that has already been sent to the kitchen.

Steps:

Follow the below steps to use the reorder button in F&B: 

1. After a F&B item has been sent to the kitchen or bar printer the "Reorder" button will appear on each item.
2. To reorder the item, select the "Reorder" button and the item will be duplicated to the bottom of the ticket.
3. Make any edits to modifiers as needed and "Send" the item.
