Overview:
Adding custom Timeframes allows you to take your Online Day Templates to the next level. In addition to being able to have different online booking capabilities from day to day, custom Timeframes give you the ability to have different online booking capabilities from one time of day to another within the same day, as well as giving your different online reservation groups different booking capabilities.
- Part One: Creating and Editing Online Day Template Timeframes
- Part Two: Creating Timeframes for Online Reservation Groups
Preconditions:

- Tee Sheet settings in place
- Tee Time Increment
- Time to Finish 9 Holes
- Open and Close Time
- An existing Online Day Template
- Online Reservation Groups
- NOTE: This feature will not work with the Sunrise and Sunset setting.

Steps: Part One
Follow the below steps to Create and Edit Online Day Template Timeframes:
- Go to Settings > Tee Sheets > Tee Sheets.
- Click on the Actions Drop-down button and select Edit.
- Click the “Online Year Setup” tab inside your tee sheet settings.
- Click on the "Drop-down Arrow" next to the day template you want to add a custom timeframe to and select "Edit Day Template".
- Set the parameters of your "Default" Timeframe for your Front 9 and Back 9. (The Default timeframe will only apply if there are no other custom timeframes throughout the day. Custom timeframes take precedence over the default timeframe)(In the example below the default timeframe will apply between 9:00AM - 8:00PM because every other time of the day has been defined with a custom timeframe)
- Click "+Add Timeframe" to create a custom timeframe.
- Set the parameters of your "Custom Timeframe" for your Front 9 and Back 9.
-
- Start Time and End Time - The beginning and end time of your custom timeframe
- Increment Override - Controls the increment between tee times for the day template timeframe. (This can be different from timeframe to timeframe and will NOT modify the open or close time of the tee sheet)
- Label - Adds a label to each tee time slot within the custom timeframe on the tee sheet in foreUP.
- Color - Adds a highlight color to each tee time slot within the custom timeframe on the tee sheet in foreUP to make labels visible.
- Allow Online Booking - Turn on or off online booking capabilities.
- # of Players Allowed - Choose between allowing 1-5 players per tee time.
- Cart Requirement - Allow walking, riding or both.
- # of Holes Requirement - 9 holes, 18 holes or both available.
-
- Add any additional timeframes to your Day Template as needed and click "Save Changes". When assigned to a day on the Online Setup Calendar, the settings will apply to the online tee sheet and the labels and colors will show up in your Tee Sheet module. (From the example above you can see at the end of the custom timeframe at 9:00AM, the Default Timeframe and label take effect for the rest of the day. This is a great way to communicate to your staff what is happening with tee times throughout the day)
Steps: Part Two

When assigned to a day on the Online Setup Calendar, the settings will apply to the online tee sheet and the labels and colors will show up in your Tee Sheet module.
