Editing an Existing Gift Card

Overview:

This article will show you how to edit a gift card that has already been issued.

Preconditions:

Preconditions are the necessary settings, permissions, and items created in your software to allow the feature to work.

• Must have access to the Gift Cards Module

• Must have a previously issued gift card

Steps:

Follow the below steps to edit an existing gift card: 

1. Go to the Gift Cards module. 

2. Click "Edit" on the gift card that you need to update.

3. Make needed changes and updates, then click "Save".
