Quick Gift Card/Punch Card Value Lookup

Overview:

This article will show you how to look up the value of a current gift card or punch card.

• Part One: Quick Lookup
• Part Two: Looking Up in the Gift Card Module

Preconditions:

Preconditions are the necessary settings, permissions, and items created in your software to allow the feature to work.

• Must have access to the Gift Cards Module

• Must have a previously issued gift card

Steps: Part One

Follow the below steps to quick lookup a gift card: 

1. Click 'Alt+G' from your keyboard on any page in foreUP.

2. Within the pop-up window, Type or Scan the gift card number. 

3. Click "Lookup". This will show a quick summary of the gift card/punch card. 

Steps: Part Two

Follow the below steps to look a up a gift card in the gift card module: 

1. Go to the Gift Card Module

 

2. Select whether you are looking for a Gift Card or a Punch Card.

3. In the search bar, search the gift card/punch card number to see the Details of the Card.
