Transaction History is an important aspect of golf sales. Knowing where this is located is helpful for golf operators as you manage your inventory
Preconditions:
Preconditions are the necessary settings, permissions, and items created in your software to allow the feature to work.
- Access to Inventory Module
- Employee Permission to edit inventory items
Steps:
Follow the below steps to access Past History on Inventory Items:
- Go to the Inventory Module
- Find the item you would like to view the History
- From the dropdown option under the "Actions" column, click "Edit"
- Inside the Inventory Item settings, Select the "History" tab at the top of the Item window. This will show the Transaction History, with in/out quantity along with Date, Employee, and Notes for each transaction
